This policy covers Agape Wellness & Aesthetics’s website. It does not cover the handling of your medical records, which is governed separately by the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices — ask for a copy at your visit.

What this website collects

This is a static website. It does not create accounts, and it does not require you to identify yourself in order to read any page on it.

This website has no contact or consultation form, and it does not collect personal information through one. Consultations are booked by phone. If an online request form is added later, this page will be updated first to name the provider and describe what it collects.

Website analytics are not currently active on this site. When they are, this page will be updated to describe what is measured and how to opt out.

Please do not send medical details through this website

Email and web forms are not secure channels. When you contact us, tell us what you would like to discuss rather than describing your medical history, and we will take the details in a setting where they can be handled properly.

The program

Agape Wellness & Aesthetics may send appointment reminders, administrative messages and promotional offers to patients who have opted in.

Patients opt in through our patient intake paperwork and patient portal (EMR) consent. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of receiving care or making a purchase.

Your mobile number

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
