Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

The part that has to survive a Tuesday.

Most people arriving here already know a great deal about nutrition. What has not worked is the translation — turning general knowledge into something that survives a full week of work, a family that eats differently, travel, and the evening when nothing has gone to plan.

This part of the program is that translation. It is built around what you actually eat, what you are willing to change, and what your schedule will bear.

What it covers

  • Protein targets that protect muscle while weight comes down
  • Meal structure that fits your household rather than replacing it
  • Eating out, travel and the weeks that do not go to plan
  • Movement scaled to what your joints and your calendar allow
  • Sleep, which affects appetite regulation more than most people expect
  • The relationship between stress, eating patterns and weight

Revisited, not prescribed once

Circumstances change, and a plan built for the version of your life you had in March may not fit the one you have in September. Nutrition and lifestyle work is revisited at follow-up visits for exactly that reason.

Offered for

  • A history of programs that did not hold
  • Weight regain after a successful effort
  • Preserving muscle while weight comes down

Questions about Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

Do I have to follow a specific diet?

No. There is no single diet used here. The approach is built from what you eat now and what you are prepared to change, because a plan you will not follow is not a plan.

Is this available on its own?

It is offered as part of a weight management program, where it can be adjusted against what your assessment and follow-up visits show.
